More About Us

Coffee drinkers .... we have all been fooled. For years now we've been led to believe that coffee is a simple beverage. Mainstream coffee has been homogenized into a bitter, uninteresting drink consumed more for the caffeine buzz than the flavor.

11Roasters will help you discover a new world of coffee. Fresh, properly roasted coffee from the World's best growing regions is a complex and interesting experience. Distinct flavors and subtle nuances spring from the cup. Roast Master Bobby Grover has spent countless hours perfecting custom roasting profiles for each of our coffees so that you experience the purest expression of the premium coffee you are enjoying.

Thank you for purchasing our coffee. We know our passion for perfection will come through in the cup.

Drew & Bobby

Drew Bledsoe's Coffee Bio

Favorite Coffee: "New Guinea Royal, so far."

Cups of Coffee per day: "I will have around three cups in the morning and one in the afternoon. Is that a lot?"

Coffee Drinking in the NFL: Drew played in the NFL for 14 seasons and during this time he amassed a respectable 20,672 cups of coffee.

"I used to drink a few cups of coffee before football games and the last one was always on the way down the tunnel to go out for warm ups. There was almost never a garbage can at the end of the tunnel so I would hand the cup to the closest person. This was cool when I found a kid in the stands but I got a few funny looks the times I had to give it to one of the cops working security."

"Before games I drank whatever awful coffee they had available in the locker room. It was true 'truck stop' junk. It tasted bad enough to make me a little angry, which is beneficial when getting ready to play a game of football. I swore, however, that I would never drink bad coffee again once I was done playing. I hope to help others make the same commitment. Life is too short to drink bad coffee."

Bobby Grover Coffee Bio

Favorite Coffee: "My favorite coffee is the Panama Esmeralda. It originates from Ethiopia, but has been brought to Central America. It taste like our Harrar on steroids. The cleanest, most precise cup of coffee I have ever experienced."

The History: Bobby has come to know coffee through Travis Boersma, co-founder of Dutch Bros. Coffee in southern Oregon. His first specialty coffee was in 1992, a Vanilla Latte served to him by Travis from his pushcart. "I knew it tasted good, but I did not think that anyone would ever pay $2.50 per cup." Ten years later Bobby was the owner of the Central Oregon Dutch Bros. Travis constantly preached three core values that Bobby has adopted as his own: Customer Service, Drink Quality and Speed...none greater than the other. Bobby sold his portion of the company in January 2007 to embark on his own coffee adventures.

The Roasting Expert: With a degree in General Science focused on Physics, Bobby has found his calling roasting coffee.

"I fully understand what a great cup of coffee should taste like; the important thing is roasting it to that specific taste. Roasting is all about heat acceleration into a bean and how that certain bean reacts to the heat. There are many factors that go into the process. It can make all the difference in the world on taste and texture."
